Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation where we'll discuss your health history, current symptoms, and goals. We'll perform a postural and movement assessment, and - if appropriate - deliver your first adjustment. Plan for approximately 45–60 minutes for a new patient visit. Follow-up visits are typically 30–45 minutes.
No - we bring everything we need. All you need is a clear space of roughly 6 feet by 8 feet for the treatment table. We work in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, hotel rooms, and anywhere you're comfortable.
Chiropractic care is one of the safest drug-free treatments for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and musculoskeletal conditions. Serious complications are rare. Our doctors conduct a thorough health history and assessment before treatment to ensure safety. We use techniques appropriate to your age, health status, and condition.
We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we accept HSA and FSA payments, and we provide an itemized superbill after each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients receive partial reimbursement this way - contact your insurer to ask about your out-of-network chiropractic benefits.

Yes! Pediatric chiropractic is a specialty of ours. We use gentle, low-force techniques appropriate for infants, children, and teenagers. The pressure used for a pediatric adjustment is about the weight of two fingers - extremely gentle and safe. Parents find that having the doctor come to them makes the experience much less stressful for children.
Absolutely. Our doctors are trained in the Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic approach designed for use during pregnancy. We use a specially designed portable table with pregnancy pillows for safe, comfortable positioning at any trimester. Prenatal chiropractic care can help with back pain, pelvic pain, round ligament discomfort, and optimal fetal positioning.
Every person is different. Some patients feel significant relief in 1–3 visits; others benefit from ongoing care for chronic conditions or wellness maintenance. After your initial assessment, your doctor will outline a recommended care plan with a clear rationale. There's never pressure to commit to any number of visits.
Yes - absolutely. All patient health information is handled in full compliance with HIPAA regulations. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant systems (Jane App) for all clinical records and scheduling. This website does not collect or store any protected health information (PHI). Your privacy is a top priority.
Yes! Our corporate wellness program brings regular chiropractic visits to your workplace. We'll set up in a conference room or private space and see employees throughout the day.
